Three black steel bars each measuring 12ft. x 6in. x 2in. tower over the entrance of the Carlsbad Sculpture Garden, in an impressive display of strength and resolve. Suspended from the bars are three black conduit pipes, with red stainless steel balls at the ends. Perhaps the pipes, like xylophone mallets, will sway and play a tune.
